TTC:PCOS and my first OPK+

Postby HisBride_72410 » Fri Sep 06, 2013 12:44 pm

DH and I have been TTC for 2 years now. I have PCOS and do not ovulate normally. This was the 2nd month of Clomid and today I got my very first positive (CD21). My doctor told us to baby dance everyother day. DH has low testosterone and low mobility from his tests. We baby danced last night, so do we again today or tomorrow?

Every other day means skip a day. So if you had sex yesterday, you wait until tomorrow to have sex again. You should be ideally having sex for a few days leading up to your positive OPK, but I understand that with PCOS that can be difficult.
