How (and why) to report a post or PM
All members of the TMB boards may post freely. On occasion this may result in posts which are too explicit, or which are nothing but spam. We welcome your help in removing inappropriate posts as quickly as possible.
At the bottom of each post is a "report this post" button. Following the button is a line of text which end with "viewtopic.php?p=xyz#xyz" where xyz is a number. Copy the viewtopic .... line, and click the report button. Paste the viewtopic information into the subject line of the send an e-mail message page that comes up. Add a short note with any necessary information, and click on "Send e-mail". The e-mail will be sent to all active moderators.

Why do we need to report posts or PMs?
1. When they clearly violate the TMB Board Rules, they should be reported
2. When a private message is unsolicited, inflammatory, asks for personal details, or wants to discuss sexual details, it should be reported.
How to report a post: Click the "report post" button. Use the scrolling/drop down to choose the reason. Please leave a note in the "Further Information' box.
How to report a PM: Click the "report post" button. Use the scrolling/drop down to choose the reason. Please leave a note in the "Further Information" box.
Reporting a post or PM does not mean there will be automatic action by Mods/OG, but it will help to determine if there is a pattern developing or whether action should be taken. You can check the box if you want to be notified when the report is closed.
